Melissa Young is the President of Corporate Incentives, Inc., a family and women-owned promotional products company. Corporate Incentives is celebrating its 22nd anniversary in The Woodlands and is proud to be recognized as a top distributor in the promotional products industry. Corporate Incentives has been recognized as a top 25 Women Owned Business by the Houston Business Journal for the last two years.
Melissa is very involved in the local community. She is an advocate for local businesses, serving on The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Melissa also devotes her time to developing the future leaders of Montgomery County, serving on the Leadership Montgomery County Board of Directors. She serves as the Vice Chairman for the board. Melissa also serves on the United Way of Greater Houston Board of Trustees and is the Chair of the Montgomery County Regional Council. She considers it an honor to work alongside some of the community’s strongest leaders for the common goal of helping the United Way make an impact for those with great needs in the community.
Melissa graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas Cameron School of Business. Melissa was recognized as a 2017 Houston Business Journal’s 40-under-40. She was also recognized as a 2017 Hometown Hero by Interfaith of the Woodlands.
Melissa lives in The Woodlands with her husband, Jeff, and their two boys Liam (12) and Luke (8). Her greatest joy in life is being a wife and mother. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling.
